Teamwork means playing a game with different players. An excellent team enjoys working on better results together. Everyone knows the rules of the game and knows good collaboration is essential.

Teams translate business goals into measurable actions. Even when your personal qualities are excellent, that does not always lead to excellent joint results. Knowing and complement each other’s qualities and roles leads to better collaboration. Good communication, the right division of tasks and managing expectations is crucial.

How to make optimal use of what everyone has to offer? How do you make sure team members strengthen one another? We help you to make great teams in your organisation.

What are we going to do?

We will work with methods that reveal patterns that need to be improved to get in flow again. We explore the qualities and personalities in the team and learn team members how to enter into ‘healthy conflict’ and talk about miscommunication. It is important that everyone is open to feedback and acknowledges the qualities and skills of every individual.

What is our focus?

Every need and challenge is different of course, we understand that. But whatever the approach is, we always go for a result in which you say: this made us a stronger team!

How we work.

We believe you can do it, even if you have never done it before. We stimulate you to experiment and try different scenarios. We take trust and safety very serious at Senaro, we always make a contract about that.

Every question gives a unique approach. Together we decide what is really necessary. No training or coaching program is the same, because the stories of learners are different and the organisational needs are different.

Our programs are practical and based on learning by doing, with own cases and practical examples so learners may recognise them. We always create movement that lasts because we put a lot of effort in realising intentions.

All of our programs are available in group setting and individual setting. In Dutch or English, face-to-face or online.
